Had a lovely view and the staff were awesome, but the Wi-Fi was slow and there were some bugs about. Otherwise, a sweet stay.

The views from the Deluxe Double Room are breathtaking, especially the panorama of Ella Rock and the greenery surrounding it. Breakfast on the private balcony was a highlight, particularly the local pancakes that were a treat after a night under open skies.
The room felt cramped with excessive furniture, making it hard to navigate even with just a suitcase. A notable inconvenience was the outdated card machine during check-in, which created a frustrating delay and uncomfortable moment with management. the hot water supply disappeared after the second day, and the overall Wi-Fi reliability was spotty, which might not suit those needing stable internet. Steep stairs leading up to the property could also be a hassle for those with heavy luggage after a long day of exploring.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The staff went out of their way to assist us, and the rooms were super clean. Enjoyed the gorgeous balcony views and the delicious breakfast. We did a mountain excursion and some jungle hiking through tea plantations that were unforgettable. Totally recommend this place for a chill getaway!
One downside was the steep stairs to reach the hotel, which made it challenging with luggage, especially after a long day of exploring.

Fewer stairs for easier access would be helpful.

My stay was fantastic with delicious homemade banana pancakes and a beautiful waterfall shower that made mornings special. I enjoyed relaxing in the serene garden and soaking up the sun on the terrace, both perfect spots to unwind after exploring. The only downside was a few bugs here and there, but that’s to be expected in such a lush area. 🌿

We stayed at Ravana Heights for 2 nights and couldn't get enough of the stunning views from our Deluxe Double Room, which had a private balcony perfect for relaxing. The staff, especially Wasanthi, made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality, and the meals were a delightful highlight, featuring those famous coconut and banana pancakes that my husband loved!
The only downside was that we wished we had more time to enjoy our stay.

Amazing views and comfy vibes!
Had an awesome time chilling on the balcony with those stunning views of Ella Rock! The room was super spacious and cozy. They served this fantastic Sri Lankan breakfast that was such a treat. One thing, the Wi-Fi was kinda hit or miss. But honestly, who needs it with such a beautiful backdrop?

Comfortable beds in spacious rooms with modern bathrooms. The breathtaking views of Ella Rock from the porch are unforgettable, enhancing the experience significantly.
The hotel's Wi-Fi struggles to keep a stable connection, especially in the rooms, which can be a hassle if you’re looking to stream or work online. a few stairs leading up to the property can be a challenge for those carrying heavier luggage.
